​​Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant:

We submit to the MN Board of Physical Therapy for approved CE credits.

Speech Language Pathology/Audiology:

We are an approved provider through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant:

M Health Fairview is not an approved provider through AOTA.
You will receive a certificate of course completion with total CE contact hours.
